Delivery

We deliver orders throughout Bulgaria through the Speedy courier service. For large and bulky orders, we can also arrange delivery using our own transport, subject to prior agreement.

We also offer international delivery. The price, delivery time, and available transport method are determined individually according to the destination country, product type, weight, and shipment volume.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges with Speedy are calculated according to the courier’s current rates and depend on:

• the weight and dimensions of the shipment;
• delivery to an address or a Speedy office;
• the destination;
• any additional services selected;
• transport requirements applicable to the products.

Delivery charges are payable by the recipient unless otherwise agreed in advance.

For large, heavy, or bulky orders, please contact us for an individual quotation and information about delivery using our own transport.

Delivery Time

In-stock products are usually processed and handed over to the courier within one business day after the order has been confirmed.

Standard delivery with Speedy takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to certain locations are made according to the courier’s service schedule and may require additional time.

Delivery times for large orders transported by our own vehicles are agreed individually.

Order Confirmation and Processing

After successfully placing your order, you will receive confirmation at the email address provided.

A member of our team may contact you by telephone or email when necessary to:

• clarify the delivery address or method;
• confirm product availability;
• discuss a large or bulky order;
• arrange delivery using our own transport;
• prepare an international shipment;
• provide additional information about the ordered products.

Changes to an order can be made before it has been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to add or replace a product.

Delivery Using Our Own Transport

For large quantities, pallet shipments, and bulky orders, we offer delivery using our own transport. The price and delivery time are determined individually according to:

• the delivery address;
• the weight and volume of the order;
• loading and unloading requirements;
• the type of products;
• the available route and delivery schedule.

International Delivery

We offer delivery outside Bulgaria upon prior request. Shipment availability depends on the characteristics of the products and the applicable transport restrictions.

Aerosols, chemical products, and other goods subject to special transport regulations may require additional arrangements or may not be eligible for delivery to certain countries through standard courier services.
