This website (shop.amz-bg.com) and all images, videos, program code and related information in the form of content (hereafter referred to as the “Site” or “Site”) are owned by AMZ Ltd., UIC: 831020756, with headquarters and address of management: 136 BTsar Boris III Blvd., Sofia.

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to fix the relationship between AMZ Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant”) and any natural or legal person (hereafter referred to as “Customer”) who wants to purchase products offered online from the Site.

I. General provisions

In the event of an online purchase dispute, the Customer may use the ODR site.

1.2. The site is available at the internet shop.amz-bg.com and through it the Customer may purchase and receive services related to the delivery of products available on the Site.

1.3. Through the Site, the Customer may receive information about new products, their features, prices, delivery terms and promotions organized by the Merchant.

1.4. The Merchant is required to deliver the products ordered by the Customer in accordance with the legal framework, while guaranteeing consumer rights, in full accordance with good consumer and commercial law.

1.5. The merchant uses the services of a third party, in this case a courier company of the Customer’s choice, to supply the Customer with the purchased products from the Site. The price for the delivery is determined explicitly and separately from the price of the goods, and in the process of ordering the products, the Customer has information about the amount of the delivery amount to be paid to the courier company.

II. Order, delivery and documents upon order

2.1. To make an order for products offered by the Site, each customer chooses the type and quantity of products he wants to order. He then enters his / her data, indicates whether he / she wishes to issue an invoice, chooses courier delivery company, and enters an address for delivery of the ordered products. When placing an order, Customer must agree to these terms and conditions. Disagreeing with them is not possible to complete the ordering of products.

2.2. By agreeing to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms that he has become acquainted with them, agrees with their content and undertakes to comply with them.

2.3. When filling in product order data, the Customer is obliged to enter accurate, up-to-date and correct delivery data – names, address, contact details. In the case of incorrect or incorrect data, the user may lose the right to receive the product.

2.4. The e-mail address and telephone provided by the Customer during the order will be used as the primary channel for communication and exchange of electronic documents between the Merchant and the Customer.

2.5. Any Customer may alter the details of an order only if he / she requests this by e-mail or telephone conversation from the email address or telephone number specified in the original order. Request order changes made from a different email address or phone number will not be accepted.

2.6. Once the data has been correctly entered, the Customer should send the order for execution from the Merchant. Upon confirmation of the order, the Customer will receive at the e-mail address specified by him the information about the order he has made.

2.7. Ordered items are delivered using the services of a courier company of the Customer’s choice.

2.8. Orders received before 16:00 hours are processed on the same day and the Customer will be notified of the status of their order by e-mail. Queries received after 16:00 are processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays are processed on the first working day after the latter. Upon payment by bank transfer, the order is processed and sent after AMZ OOD has received confirmation of the transfer. When finalizing an order, the customer has the opportunity to see the name of the products he / she purchases and their prices, names, e-mail, telephone, address, delivery method and method of payment. Once the order has been finalized, the Customer will receive a confirmation with the same information at the Customer’s e-mail address.

2.9. Ordered items are shipped within 5 business days.

2.10. If the Merchant is unable to complete an order due to the fact that he does not have the ordered goods in stock, he is obliged to inform the Client about this.

2.11. All goods offered on the Site are provided by official agents and importers. All goods subject to warranty service are accompanied by the necessary documents with information on the terms, conditions and place of the warranty service.

III. Payment methods

“AMZ” Ltd. offers the following payment methods:

3.1. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery): upon receipt of the goods, the Customer pays the amount due to the courier.

3.2. Payment by bank transfer (with pro forma invoice): the payment of the due amount is made by bank transfer at the bank account specified by shop.amz-bg.com and upon receipt of the goods the client does not owe the courier payment. The order is processed and sent after “AMZ” Ltd receives confirmation of the bank transfer.

IV. Consumer protection

4.1. All the terms and conditions of this section, as well as the general terms and conditions, apply only to natural or legal persons who may be deemed to be consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and / 2011/83 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011.

4.2. The main features of the products are described on the product page of the Site.

4.3. The prices of the products advertised on the Site are final, in BGN (BGN) including VAT and any other taxes or fees required by law.

4.4. The postage and delivery costs of the products are not included in the price for the products advertised on the relevant page but are additionally imposed. Their size is provided as information during the order process before it is sent for processing by the Merchant. The customer has the opportunity to become familiar with these costs during the preparation of the order – they are displayed on the screen before the Customer sends a processing order from the Merchant.

4.5. The information provided to Customers is up-to-date at the time of its visualization on the Site prior to and during an order.

4.6. The Merchant must indicate the terms of delivery of the individual products on the Site.

4.7. The personal data that the Site receives when ordered is used only for customer service – accepting and executing orders, providing information in the form of a newsletter and contacting users in the event of problems arising from the order. AMZ Ltd warrants that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to our newsletter may terminate their subscription at any time.

V. Refusal of Goods

5.1. The Customer has the right to surrender the ordered goods within 14 days of its receipt in case the product has not been used, the integrity of its packaging has not been violated and it is in the form in which it was received in accordance with the conditions under Art. 55 of the CPA. In this case, the transportation and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the Customer.

Only after verifying that the product is in a marketable form, AMZ LTD will refund the amount paid for the product (s) (within 30 days) (Article 55, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act), excluding transport costs , according to a bank account specified by the Client.

5.2. If, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, the Customer finds that it is defective, it has the right to advertise it and the Merchant undertakes within 5 working days to replace the product with a new one or to recover the value of the goods paid by the Customer, transport costs. Upon expiration of the aforementioned 24 hours, as well as in the case of a broken commercial appearance of the goods or their packaging, the claim shall not be accepted.

5.3. In the case of non-conformity of the goods with the characteristics indicated in the Site, the Customer is entitled within 14 days of receiving the goods and on condition of non-disturbing commercial appearance of the goods and the packaging return the Merchant’s merchandise. In this case, the Merchant reimburses the entire amount paid by the Customer, including shipping costs.

5.4. Products can only be returned to: Sofia, Tsar Boris III Blvd., 136B.

5.5. The customer undertakes to store the products obtained with the care of a good owner, to store the original packaging and the cash receipt for the entire duration of the warranty and the period of return of the goods.

VI. Other terms

6.1. The Merchant delivers and handles the Goods to the Customer within the specified time limits.

6.2. The customer should review all the products contained in the delivery at the time of receipt. If one or more of the products do not meet the requirements and technical specifications, they must notify the Merchant within 24 hours.

6.3. The Merchant guarantees and undertakes measures to protect the Customer’s personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act.

6.4. The Customer agrees that the Merchant processes his / her personal data for the purposes of the orders only. The Merchant is not entitled to provide these data to third parties without an order from a competent authority of the Republic of Bulgaria.

6.5. The Customer, by placing an order on the Site, agrees to receive commercial communications from the Merchant for future marketing purposes and campaigns by declaring for those same emails that they will not treat them as unsolicited commercial communications within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and the e-commerce.

6.6. These terms and conditions are permanently visible at the internet shop.amz-bg.com and may be modified by the Merchant without being required to notify in advance.

6.7. Any invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions will not invalidate the order made by the Customer.

6.8. For the issues not covered in these general terms, related to the implementation and interpretation of the terms of the procurement on the Site, the two parties first consult with the Mediation Center at the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and then the Consumer Protection Commission. If no agreement is reached with the Mediation Center, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply through the relevant competent authority at the address and seat of the Merchant.
